Rosé






Rosé Graf Hardegg 2012

A bright rosé, fresh and fruity with a delicious nose of strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by pleasingly soft tannins and an inspiring natural sweetness. A refreshing wine for warm days.

Origin: Selected vineyards in the Pulkau valley, northern Weinviertel

Soil: Sedimentary rock with a good amount of clay Analysis:

12% • Acidity: 6.4 g/l • Residual sugar: 2.6 g/l

Vinification

The Zweigelt and Pinot Noir grapes were de-stemmed and gently pressed after a short period of maceration. To maintain the delicate flavours and aromas of the grapes, the must fermented in stainless steel tanks chilled to approx. 18°C. The wine was left on its lees until March.

Recommended drinking temperature: 10-12°C
Anticipated maturity: 2013-2017

Food pairing

A refreshing wine for warm days, a superb match with antipasti, poultry or grilled fish.
